(More customer reviews)These grates are pretty much everything they should be. They are heavy, durable, and reasonably easy to clean. They do tend to keep a black "char" film that I found difficult to remove. They sear well, but food tends to stick a little bit more than the Weber porcelain-coated cast iron (PCI) grates that you can get from a certain big-box store, which, except for the durability issue, I think are slightly superior to these.
