(More customer reviews)The cover arrived in the amount of time the supplier indicated when confirming our order. We were happy with the cover since our new natural gas grill now had a cover to keep out the elements. Unfortunately, within a week of owning the cover, removing it only twice, a seam came apart. We called the supplier who offered to replace it, or have us call the manufacturer. We opted for having the supplier replace it. The supplier sent a prepaid UPS label. We returned the product within a day. Have not heard back from the supplier in two weeks. Other than that....
