(More customer reviews)I was using a flat stainless smoker box, but it seemed to go through damp chips too soon. The small v shape works fine on my ES 320 Weber gas grill. I bought two, and found that when I needed to add more chips all I had to do was swap them out. I also bought the long smoker box for some low and slow grilling. Plenty good when doing a rotisserie chicken.
