(More customer reviews)I purchased the City Grill here on Amazon based on the features and reviews. Used it twice with great results. On the third time, the regulator released gas as soon as I connected it to a gas canister. I called the Canadian rep and was told it was a safety feature in case the regulator gets too hot. I was also told it was very rare that the regulator to malfunction like that . . . just my luck, I guess. Since the rep was close to me in Toronto, I was optimistic about getting a replacement regulator . . . no such luck. I was told that the warranty parts centre for North America is now located in Florida. I called them and after not really knowing what to do, they finally agreed to ship a replacement to me. It's been 2 weeks . . . . . I'm still waiting . . . .
I'm not sure if this is indicative of the quality and support of Outdoor Chef . . . . but, I paid almost $200 for this grill and it's been sitting here collecting dust on my patio.
