Realizing it was not a chip and also aware that this fabulous-looking teapot was handmade by artist Judith Weber, I thought Teavana should know. Teavana was willing to exchange but would not budge on free shipping. I figured this was not my fault and that they should pay shipping. No deal. Bad form.
