The first reviewer's information led me to take a chance. Here is the information, directly from the package, that you need in order to determine whether you can use this roaster in your Weber:

This item is not flimsy; it will easily hold a 10-pound roast or turkey. I'm planning to stress it with a 15 pound turkey and will add to this review after trying that.
