(More customer reviews)I use this on a Summit Gold 6 burner grill. With the side burner, the regular section of the grill, and this griddle I can cook almost anything outside. Cast iron gets hot and retains the heat. I was considering Mario Batali's piastra, but this has a larger cooking area and I think will be more durable. Too bad it didn't come seasoned.
