Because of the sugar in the sauce, the kabobs often get stuck to the hot grill so the meat tears when the kabobs are turned. This set keeps the kabobs off the hot grill while letting the chicken brown nicely. If I could rate the set 6 stars I would without any hesitation. The set is so good that I bought one for each of my four children! If you are serious about grilling kabobs involving delicate foods, this is a must!
