(More customer reviews)I used these chunks last weekend for both baby back ribs and pulled pork. It works well and the chunks were large. I only needed 2 chunks; they were soaked one hour & gave an hours worth of smoke. Not too much smoke and flavored the meat well. I'm ordering more.
