The shipping was very timely & the product in great shape when it arrived. The only con I have is on the instructions, there are no written instructions only pictures & it took (with a little help from my wife) about a day to put it together. It was worth it. Very even cooking, heats up super fast & the food tastes great. I shopped around & am glad I ordered from amazon.com.
